Born in Madrid, María José Sevilla is a well-known author and broadcaster who specialises in Spanish food and wine. She was the writer and presenter of the award-winning BBC TV series ‘Spain on a Plate’. Maria Jose is a member of the Guild of Food Writers, a member of the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino and a winner of the prestigious Glenfiddich Award.
