Handcrafted for your enjoyment. Île Four’s modern sake and shochu is handmade in Japan using the purest ingredients of the highest quality; namely just water, rice, and yeast/kōji for their Premium Sake and only sake lees and water for their Distiller Shochu. Their Yuzu, Momo, and Ume sake blends make use of select and exclusive Japanese fruits. Each crafted in small batches, the whole process is supervised by their brew masters, each with decades of experience.
