The tinctures use the fruiting body of the mushroom as it is the most potent part, as opposed to other myceliated grain products available on the market, which contain only minimal amounts of active compounds.
- Use sublingually by placing under the tongue and swallow. Or add to tea, coffee, smoothies or recipes.
- As extracts are strong, taking a week off after every 3 months of use is recommended
- The recommended dose is half a pipette, 2 times per day. In 50ml bottles 1 full pipette is 1ml. You may choose to take less, or as needed, but stay within the recommended maximum daily dose of 2ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Always start slowly and aim for the minimum effective dose
- You can take any of the tinctures any time of the day
