The rosy, red skin bears a speckled rosette pattern that penetrates deep into the flesh so when the fruit is cut, a beautiful effect is generated.

Insights
The internal pink marbling adds a pretty flourish when sliced and added to a fruit salad or a cheeseboard. Fruit is best eaten straight off the tree.
