Made only from semolina and water, Mancini Pastificio Agricolo’s pasta is produced only from the durum wheat they cultivate themselves, at the beginning of every summer. First shaped using circular bronze die plates, this small tubbetti pasta is then slowly dried at low temperatures for roughly 22 hours.

Established in 2010 by Massimo Mancini, Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produce pasta exclusively with the durum wheat that is grown and harvested in the fields surrounding its pasta factory, nestled in the heart of the Le Marche region of Italy. Cultivating the earth in a sustainable way, their durum wheat varieties are selected to best suit the environment in which they are grown.
