Crafted with organic squid ink, sourced from a local fish monger in nearby St Ives, this slow dried casarecce carries with it a rich ocean taste to complement just about any seafood dish. For a rewarding meal in minutes, simply toss with Cornish picked crab, a fistful of fresh herbs, and a scattering of diced British tomatoes. Pair with a chilled glass of Chablis and enjoy.


Founded in 2020 by professional chef Nicholas Egan, Cornwall Pasta Co. produce a range of organic pastas that utilises, and experiment with, local, organic ingredients. Based the Cornish parish of Mylor, they locally source their organic flour from millers who hold a royal warrant from HM King Charles III. Each pasta in the range is extruded using traditional bronze dies, creating a porous surface for greater sauce absorption, and enhancing the overall the flavour experience.
