Sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, honey, hazelnuts, corn starch, pistachio nuts, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, egg white, potato starch, milk whey powder, lactose, cocoa butter, salt, concentrated (pumpkin, spirulina, apple), natural flavourings, water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins.
May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame seeds.

Insights
Quaranta is an Italian family company, continuing to produce soft nougat using the recipe written 100 years ago by the founder Antonio Quaranta. Prime quality honey, freshly roasted almonds, caramelised sugar and whipped egg white are combined (with additional accents) to make decadent treats.
