These artisan olive lingue flatbreads are handmade in Piemonte using authentic ingredients and locally sourced Taggiasca olives, typical of northern Italy. Hand rolled until deliciously thin, then baked to a gold crisp, these crackers are the ideal antipasto snack. 

Following a chance meeting at Roma Ciampino Airport 1985 founders David and Peri sought to establish a brand rooted in their shared values of holistic wellbeing, sustainable agriculture, and of course, the very best Italian food. As such, each of their products are from specialist, innovative producers, who use the highest quality ingredients and production methods.
