Straight-sided and with strong moulding around the top, these Italian Trequanda Terracotta Pots reflect the solidity of doric columns. Their classical lines make them timeless and adaptable to different surroundings, from a minimalist terrace with pared-back planting, to a mossy spot in a garden, overflowing with blousy hydrangeas.

Made by skilled artisans, even the name terracotta evokes a gloriously sun-drenched landscape – the word comes from the Latin, 'terra cocta', meaning baked earth. These pots are made from natural Galestro clay, local to the area in Tuscany where they originate, so they contain only naturally occurring chemicals and are ecologically sound.
