Milk chocolate contains 33.5 % minimum cocoa solids and 20.5 % minimum milk solids.

Insights
Britain’s first luxury chocolatier, Charbonnel et Walker was established in 1872. Encouraged by King Edward VII, then the Prince of Wales, Parisian chocolatier Madame Charbonnel was introduced to Mrs Walker from London. Together, Mrs Walker—known for crafting the finest jewellery and hat boxes—and Madame Charbonnel created Charbonnel et Walker, offering exquisite chocolates presented in beautiful boxes. In 1970, the company was awarded the Royal Warrant to Queen Elizabeth II.
