The award-winning dark chocolate is made at origin by Martinetti Cocoa in Ecuador from heritage Arriba beans sourced from a single estate, Hacienda Zoilita, in the Los Rios province. This chocolate adds value to the local economy as it is produced from tree to chocolate by Martinetti in its country of origin, put in strong paper sacks and shipped by sea for Chococo to then work with – with no middlemen at any point in the supply chain!
