Panettone ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 15%, butter (milk), sugar, orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, fructose-sucrose) 8%, egg yolks of class A from free range hens 7%, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), candied citron (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, lemon juice concentrate) 4%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invert sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt extract, natural flavour, natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla.
Frosting ingredients 12%: sugar, egg whites of class A from free range hens, hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata 9%, rice flour, rice starch, powdered sugar (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavours. Garnished with 5% pearl sugar granules and whole almonds 3%.

Insights
Founded by Pietro and Regina in 1922, Galup began life as a small pastry shop in the town of Pinerolo, nestled in the north-western region of Piemonte. From well-maintained mother yeast to IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte, Galup have only ever used only highest quality ingredients. The family run business continues to produce their popular confectionary in the town of Pinerolo to this day, following the same traditional recipes.
