In addition, they have included two delicious spreads, one hazelnut and chocolate, and one pistachio, to take your enjoyment of each panettone to the next level.

Ingredients
Panettone without raisins and without candied citrus fruits, with orange paste: wheat flour, fresh egg of class A, butter, sugar, orange paste (glucose/fructose syrup, orange rinds, sucrose, natural flavour, concentrated lemon juice) 5%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), fresh whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, brewer’s yeast, natural flavour, flavour (vanillin). Bag of icing sugar: sugar, wheat starch, flavouring.
Panettone without sultanas and citrus fruit, with candied apple and garnished with hazelnut frosting: wheat flour, candied apple (apple, glucose/fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice) 17%, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk of class A, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invert sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt extract, natural flavour, natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla. Frosting: sugar, fresh egg white of class A, hazelnut 9%, rice flour, rice starch, sugar icing (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavours.
Panettone with sultanas and candied fruit, with hazelnut frosting: wheat flour, sultanas 15%, butter, sugar, orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sucrose) 8%, fresh egg yolk of class A, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), candied citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, lemon juice concentrate), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invert sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt extract, natural flavour, natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla. Frosting: sugar, fresh egg white of class A, hazelnut 9%, rice flour, rice starch, sugar icing (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavours.
Hazelnut and cocoa spread: sugar, hazelnut paste 18%, sunflower oil, cocoa powder 6.5%, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla powder.
Pistachio spread: pistachio spread 41%, sugar, olive oil 20%, salt.

Founded by Pietro and Regina in 1922, Galup began life as a small pastry shop in the town of Pinerolo, nestled in the north-western region of Piemonte. From well-maintained mother yeast to IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte, Galup have only ever used only highest quality ingredients. The family run business continues to produce their popular confectionary in the town of Pinerolo to this day, following the same traditional recipes.
