- With a neutral taste, it dissolves easily into hot or cold drinks and is perfect to sprinkle on food. For optimal benefits, it is recommended to use it daily and consistently.
- A dose of 6g per day is recommended for optimal results. (use scoop for exact measurement (link)) Mix with 250ml of your chosen drink and stir well. If you have a sensitive digestive system or you are new to these ingredients, start with half a serving (3g) for the first few days, then gradually increase to a full serving (6g) as your body adjusts.
