Founder, Nicola Elliott, developed NEOM as a result of her own personal experience with stress and burnout. After taking a course in aromatherapy and tinkering with essential oils from her home, she discovered the formulation of these balms and tinctures largely aided in keeping her calm and serene between daily lifestyle tasks.
