Features

notes
Lonicera periclymenum Strawberries & Cream is a dwarf honeysuckle that is perfect for a smaller garden, in the front of a herbaceous border or a container. Its decorative flowers mature from burgundy buds, to cream and then yellow flowers. Its evening scent is outstanding, making it lovely for a terrace or under a window, and attractive to desirable native pollinators.
Insights

Honeysuckle, in its natural form, is a fairly invasive climbing vine, also known as Woodbine. It was traditionally encouraged to grow around garden doorways or gates because folklore declared it would sweep a witch off your back as you passed through. This variety is compact and restrained and its hidden magic resides in its scent.
