Set amongst the rolling Tuscan hills, halfway between Florence and Pisa, Belvedere is a family run, fully certified organic farm. Establishing itself on the exceptional quality of its single-source, cold pressed extra virgin olive from their annual October harvest, the Belvedere farm shop now sells range of produce from both the farm and nearby land, including raw clover honey, olive oil soaps, and wholegrain pastas crafted with ancient grains.
