The name is derived from the Latin for ‘bell’ - Campana, and its bell-shaped flowers are wonderful in flower arrangements. Due to its size, it is perfect for the front of a cottage garden and will also thrive, to great visual effect, in well-watered containers.

Cut back after flowering to promote further blooms. Plant in semi shade to preserve flower colour. Cut dead stems to the base before winter.
