Rose and Violet Creams
The product of exquisite chocolate making, and enjoyed for over a century, Charbonnel et Walker much-loved Rose and Violet Creams are a small works of art. Enrobed in dark chocolate, and hand decorated with crystallised flower petals, these classic treats are still crafted according to the traditional recipes of Mrs Walker and Madame Charbonnel.
Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin)), sugar, natural flavourings, natural flowers, stabiliser (gum arabic), colours (beetroot red, cochineal, indigo carmine), flavourings. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.

Britain’s first luxury chocolatier, Charbonnel et Walker was established in 1872. Encouraged by King Edward VII, then the Prince of Wales, Parisian chocolatier Madame Charbonnel was introduced to a Mrs Walker from London. Together Mrs Walker, who was known for crafting the finest jewellery boxes, hat boxes, and Madame Charbonnel created Charbonnel et Walker; offering beautiful chocolates presented in beautiful boxes. In 1970, the company was awarded the Royal Warrant to Queen Elizabeth II.
