Spruce Shoots 70% Dark Chocolate Bar
A special wintry bar made using pine needles, foraged from Cornwall, freeze dried and ground into cocoa butter, combined with dark chocolate for a chocolate full of flavour. Cocoa beans are sourced from Seram Island, Indonesia for a mellow profile that allows the spruce shoots to shine, resulting in tasting notes of rich brown fruit and citrus, with herbal notes and an almost minty finish.
