Digitalis Firecracker
A cottage garden staple, the striking architectural spires of Digitalis Firecracker rise out of glossy, green foliage. The interiors of the classic foxglove ‘thimbles’ are a paler yellow-orange than the exterior which is a rich orange colour. Beloved by bees, these blooms are long lasting, produced from late spring to late summer.

Beloved by bees, these blooms are long lasting, produced from late spring to late summer.
A favourite British wildflower, the foxglove is a woodland plant so enjoys rich soil and dappled light. Disliking very wet or very dry conditions, it will need protection from harsh winter frost.

- All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested
- Cut back the main flower spike once it fades to encourage lower stems to flower
