Gooseberry Invicta is a popular, heavy cropping variety of gooseberry with good resistance to mildew and leaf spot. The delicious large, pale green berries are suitable for dessert and culinary use – leave the berries to sweeten on the bush for dessert purposes. A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.

Insights

Gooseberries are very easy to grow and a single bush will reward you with berries for 15 years. Gooseberry Invicta AGM, (also Ribes uva-crispa Invicta) is prized an excellent fruiter.
