Features

notes

Half the size of its sibling ‘Limelight’, the compact Hydrangea paniculata Little Lime is ideal for planting in a smaller garden or in a large container (if kept well-watered). The flowers are conical and lime green in colour, fading to white and tinted with pink as the season progresses. They can be used to great effect in floral arrangements, fresh or dried.

Insights

Paniculata hydrangeas are natives of China and Japan and are very hardy, deciduous shrubs. They like to have cool roots, so they do well behind a wall, and provide great autumnal colour in the garden.
