'My burnt paper collage describes the cycle of life. Yesterday's news is burnt for today's beauty and chaos and points to tomorrow's promise and renewal. For me fire doesn't destroy, it helps me to recreate a living tissue full of movement and I like the element of chance in this burning process. The earth is our home and we all live on it, but we are just passing through.'
