Insights
The award-winning dark chocolate is made at origin by Martinetti Cocoa in Ecuador from heritage Arriba beans sourced from a single estate, Hacienda Zoilita, in the Los Rios province. This chocolate adds value to the local economy as it is produced from tree to chocolate by Martinetti in its country of origin, before being packed into strong paper sacks and shipped by sea to Chococo – with no middlemen at any point in the supply chain!
