S. Mohave Jewels Sapphire is a gem in the rock garden but it also looks beautiful planted in a container on a sunny terrace. The flowers are attractive to bees and butterflies, providing a late-season nectar source. Leave the flowers to form seed heads on the plant for winter sculptural interest.
