Named after a traditional cry, raised when shoals of pilchards were sighted off the Cornish coast, Hevva!, meaning “here they are”, are newly established Cornish cannery specialising in small batch British tinned fish. Using the Marine Conservation Society’s Good Fish Guide to decide which fish to work with, Hevva! only can fish with a good sustainability rating, scoring between one and four.
