Details & Care
- Soak seeds for 8–10 hours
- Rinse thoroughly after soaking
- Spread evenly on a sprouting tower or place in a sprout glass
- Water 2 to 3 times a day until germination is complete
- Store your grown sprouts in the refrigerator
- Wash thoroughly before eating
