In 2015 whilst running a successful business, Rekha Mistry received an opportunity to take part in BBC 2’s ‘Big Allotment Challenge’. This experience encouraged her to pursue horticulture as a second career, studying to gain RHS Diploma in Horticulture. In 2020 she joined the garden team at the historic Gardens of Honorary Society of the Inner Temple. She is one of the regular presenters of BBC ‘Gardeners’ World’, contributes to many magazines, and has over 100,000 followers of her Instagram account.
