The hardy cranesbill, Geranium ‘Mavis Simpson ' is easy to grow, bearing a profusion of rose pink, saucer-shaped flowers with lilac veining and paler centres, amid grey green foliage. A vigorous grower, it quickly forms drifts of trailing stems, making a wonderful groundcover.

Insights
Ideal for filling gaps in the border, it looks particularly good beneath roses. Bees and other pollinators are drawn to the flowers, which bloom over several months. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
