Features

notes

A particularly elegant form of miscanthus, the narrow leaves are edged in white, arching at the tips to give a spray effect. Miscanthus Morning Light is clump-forming but non invasive, and in autumn bears panicles of pink tinged flowers, which provide interest in the garden over winter.

Insights

Miscanthus is a tolerant, deciduous hardy perennial with an erect habit that offers great versatility in the garden. It looks wonderful as a specimen or planted in groups as a screen, but equally looks effective in a large pot on a terrace. A recipient of the RHS Award of Garden Merit for all round excellence in the garden.
