notes

Bronze Fennel grows to an impressive size, producing fine clouds of feathery, bronze-purple leaves. During the summer months it will grow fantastic, flat-topped yellow flowerheads. This giant fennel looks fantastic as a centrepiece for a sunny herb garden.

Insights

Not only decorative, its feathery leaves also have a delicious taste! The aniseed scented foliage is a useful herb with meat and fish recipes, as well as mixed in with seasonal salads.
