Pride and Prejudice (British Library Facsimile Edition)
To celebrate 250 years since the birth of Jane Austen, the British Library has issued a facsimile of the first edition of her novel ‘Pride and Prejudice.’ Presented in a foiled, pale turquoise clamshell case, the three-volume publication of 1813 is faithfully reproduced as it would have originally been published, printing errors intact, exactly as Jane’s own copy would have been. The set also includes ribbon-bound reproductions of the British Library's collection of Austen’s letters.
