Requiring minimal space, this leather dumbbell tower is crafted from solid, oiled vintage oak wood, offering sleek sophistication. Each of the eight hand weights has a wooden handle and handstitched leather pouch, which is filled with iron granules, masterfully combining balance and motion when in use, shifting within the leather pouch to stimulate smaller stabilizing muscles and connective tissue. This dynamic strength workout approach combines graceful swinging motion with the power of resistance, delivering results extending beyond muscle engagement: the SwingBells positively impact the connective tissue known as fascia.
