Notes
As a member of the sage family, it is no surprise that the leaves of Salvia greggi 'Royal Bumble' emit a lovely fragrance if crushed. It is however the delightfully hot, red flowers, held aloft on deep purple/green stalks that attract attention, illuminating an herbaceous border and attracting a mass of native pollinators and bees to the nectar rich blooms.
