Notes
The meadow rue, Thalictrum Black Stockings is a willowy, tall perennial, with lacy foliage amid jet black stems holding purple flowers. These flowers present a soft, hazy effect due to the many tiny strands that make up each flower, reminiscent of downy thistles.
