notes

Tulipa humilis ‘Persian Pearl’ is a petite species tulip that opens star-like in early spring. Its velvety fuchsia-magenta petals frame a glowing yellow eye, layered over silvery-green foliage, perfect for rockeries, containers, alpine troughs, or front-of-border accents.

Insights

A botanical (Species) tulip from the Pulchella (humilis) group: compact (≈10 cm tall), hardy and naturally charming—known for reliably returning and forming dainty clumps that bring early-season elegance.
