Clematis 'Sunset' is a richly coloured climbing perennial with velvety red-purple blooms that deepen as the flower matures. A long-flowering and compact clematis, it’s perfect for growing over trellises, obelisks, or in containers where its vivid tones can shine at eye level.

Care
- Clematis like full sun or partial shade and moist, but well-drained soil with their roots in the shade. For this, plant the crown 5-8cm (2-3in) beneath the soil, ideally shaded by other plants.
