notes

This hardy cranesbill, Geranium ‘Sanne’ is notable for its interesting dark bronze foliage, held on tall stems, which bears a profusion of small white flowers, contrasting beautifully against the dark leaves.

Insights

Ideal for filling gaps in the border, it looks particularly good beneath roses. Bees and other pollinators are drawn to the flowers, which bloom over several months. A New Zealand species, it requires good drainage and works well in a rock or gravel garden.
