Grown in peat-free compost and supplied in a biodegradable coir pot, made from waste coconut fibre and natural latex. Simply remove the plant and either compost the pot, break it up as mulch, pop it in the green bin, or leave it out for nesting birds. Water regularly and harvest leaves often to delay flowering. For continuous crops, sow fresh every few weeks throughout spring and summer.
