This ‘two coloured pineapple lily’ is a striking perennial, with wavy leaves and stems spotted with purple, which hold spikes of tiny, green, star shaped flowers, edged with purple, topped with a pineapple-like tuft of fleshy leaves. The summer flowering bulbous plant makes a great addition to a container for an exotic display and is best overwintered indoors in frost prone areas.

CARE
- In colder areas of UK, plant in a container and move inside during winter
- Keep well-watered during growing season (April to October) to enable good flowering
- Shading will reduce flowering so ensure where it is positioned it is not in shade of other plants
- Remove yellowed leaves and dead flower stalks once they become untidy
