notes

Hellebore x ericsmithii Viv Wanda is a clump forming perennial, notable for its colour changing flowers. Buds are soft pink and open to reveal creamy white blooms, which turn pink as the season progresses, held above glossy, evergreen foliage. This vigorous variety has a strong growth spurt so is ideal or large pots or woodland borders.

Insights

Hellebores are a particularly pleasing addition to the garden as they are one of the only winter flowering plants, providing much needed colour on a gloomy day. They also offer a valuable source of nectar to foraging insects, especially bees, when little else is in flower.
