This impressive Martagon lily produces 20-50 flowers per stem, each soft pink flower boasting recurved petals, accented with darker spots. Thriving in partial shade, this scented oriental lily works well in a woodland setting.

- Full sun, partial sunlight
- Planting Time and Depth: Autumn (September - October), 15cm (6in) deep, 15-20cm (6-8in) apart
- Try to keep the base of the plant in the shade
- Deadhead the blooms and cut back dead, hollow stems in late autumn (allow stems to die naturally first to allow bulb to store energy for next year)
- Bulbs can be left in the ground for next year - but do not like wet feet (if planted in a container, tilt it over winter to avoid water congestion)
- Bulbs are toxic to pets or humans if ingested and may cause skin allergy – keep away from cats
