It is an English Leander Hybrid with vigorous, bushy growth and repeat flowers. Healthy, with good disease resistance, and happy in even poor soil, this rose is one of David Austin's hardiest and most reliable roses.

Insights
The rose is inspired by the eponymous poem by Alfred Lord Tennyson, in which the Victorian Poet Laureate retells the tragic Arthurian tale of a young noblewoman, who is confined to a tower overlooking Camelot. Under a curse, she can only see the world through a mirror and inevitably and fatally transgresses. This rose is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.

Care
