notes

Paul’s Himalayan Musk rose is a rampant rambler with lots of impact. Sprays of small, delicate, light pink roses, scented with a strong musk fragrance, adorn the bush and although only blooming once, it is certainly something to admire. The sprays are held away from each other providing a light and airy effect and the thin, flexible branches trail gracefully. Image courtesy of David Austin Roses.

Please note, our roses are available to purchase all year round, so depending on the time of year your rose may either arrive in bloom or have been pruned or deadheaded appropriately for the season.

Insights

Introduced in 1876 by keen rosarian William Paul, who had a particular interest in the exhibition of mass blooms, a fascination in Victorian England. A great choice for growing into a large tree or covering a pergola. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden
