Grown by local farmers, the beans are pressed to order before being fermented in earthenware jars, ensuring the cleanest and freshest soy sauce flavour.

Founded in 2021, Poon’s Sauces is the brainchild of Amy Poon, daughter of Bill Poon whose iconic Covent Garden restaurant was famous for the best Chinese food serving London’s great and good in the ‘70s and ‘80s. Chinese cuisine is truly in Amy’s blood, her grandparents also ran a successful restaurant in Macau, and she can even trace lineage back to chefs of the Chinese emperors. Poon’s Sauces bring exceptional Chinese flavour straight to your kitchen.
