The clusters of vivid violet flowers are beloved by butterflies and other pollinators, and, held on airy stems, look wonderful paired against blocks of foliage where their colour really pops.

Insights
Low growing, Santos can be used to soften the edge of borders, is great in drifts or as ground cover. Can also be grown in containers, which should ideally overwinter under cover.
