This firm and nutty wild red rice from the Vercelli rice farmers in the Po Valley of Piemonte works wonderfully in warm hearty meals. The grain is selected for its high quality then processed gently with traditional stone husking, leading to incredible flavour and optimum nutritional value. The rice is then vacuum packed to maintain quality.


Following a chance meeting at Roma Ciampino Airport in 1985, founders David and Peri sought to establish a brand rooted in their shared values of holistic wellbeing, sustainable agriculture, and of course, the very best Italian food. As such, each of their products are from specialist, innovative producers, who uses the highest quality ingredients and production methods.
