As Artist has a strong, stocky stem, it makes a wonderful cut flower so it’s worth planting extra to bring inside. As a Viridiflora tulip, its flowers are long lasting - remaining beautiful for up to three weeks. Tulip Artist is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
