Also known as the Plantain Lily, the herbaceous perennial Hosta Frances Williams bears large blue green shaped leaves with yellow margins. Clump forming, it is wonderful as ground cover but would also add interest to the terrace when planted in a container. The foliage is complemented by pale lilac flowers, which are held on tall stems in summer.
